Yes we always inspect the vehicle before it is shipped to you. If there is anything different from the vehicle inspection form, we will return the vehicle and recieve a refund. 
Note: Japan’s vehicle inspection sheets are highly accurate and we will provide a translated sheet for your review prior to the purchase.
